You'll enjoy three delicious meals each day, all utilities other than personal telephone paid and the comfort of knowing a 24-hour emergency call system is available for you.

Each apartment has a small refrigerator, safety handrails in the tub and shower, and individual control of the heating and cooling unit.  And, for your comfort and ease of living, weekly housekeeping service and flat linen laundry service are included. There are free laundry rooms.

Facility maintenance is our concern, not yours. We do full maintenance of all buildings, furnished appliances, grounds and recreational areas. We also provide monthly pest control.

We provide transportation to doctor appointments, and we have a shopper service and postal services. Scheduled van rides will take you shopping, out to lunch, picnics, community concerts and plays. Our van is equipped with a lift for wheelchairs.

Other services like covered parking, guest room for out-of-town visitors, catering service for private parties, and financial services are available for an additional fee.
